WHY HOUSE OF CAROL?

Clear work. Clear boundaries. Useful results.

A customer should not have to buy a vague promise.

Before you commit, you should know exactly what you are buying, what it is intended to achieve and what happens next.

Where evidence matters, we distinguish what is known from what is assumed, uncertain or still needs checking.

If the work requires regulated or specialist expertise outside House of Carol’s competence, we say so.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with the problem. We will work out the right shape of the job.

01

Tell us what is happening

Describe the problem, what is getting in the way and what a useful result would look like.

You do not need to choose a service first.

02

We establish whether we can help

We look at the problem, the outcome you need and the relevant facts, then establish whether we can properly help or whether another specialist would be more appropriate.

Sometimes the right answer is that we are not the right provider.

03

You know the scope before work begins

Before you commit, we set out the outcome, deliverables, exclusions, timing, responsibilities, price and terms.

If the scope is not clear, the work is not ready to start.

04

We deliver and hand over something usable

We complete the agreed work, check it against the agreed requirements and hand over the result in a form you can use.

If it does not meet the agreed standard, we correct it.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Straightforward business arrangements.

Who do you work with?

Our services are designed for businesses, charities, public-sector organisations, churches, parishes and other organisational teams.

Individual services are intended for particular types of organisation or problem.

How is the work priced?

Pricing depends on the service.

Many professional services use a fixed project or review fee; any other pricing basis is made clear before you commit.

How is the work delivered?

Much of the work can be delivered remotely.

Workshops, meetings or access to systems are used where the job genuinely requires them.

Do I need to send documents before contacting you?

No.

A short description of the problem is enough to begin.

Please do not send confidential files, sensitive information or system credentials until we have agreed what is actually needed and how it should be provided.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Tell us what is getting in the way.

You do not need to diagnose the solution.

Tell us what is happening, what you would like to improve and any timing that matters.
