This notice describes the contained website preview and its current email enquiry route. It must be updated if the site begins collecting information in new ways.
The website does not run a customer enquiry form, advertising tracker or analytics service. Contact is currently by email to the verified House operating mailbox.

The operator is Alan W Gallagher trading as House of Carol, Bristol, United Kingdom.
Information processed by the website
The current site is a static GitHub Pages preview. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser details and request logs as part of operating the hosting service. House of Carol does not currently use that information for customer profiling or advertising.
Email enquiries
If you choose to email House of Carol, the message and the information you include will be processed so the enquiry can be read, assessed and answered. The first contact should contain only information reasonably needed to establish what you are asking about and whether there is a sensible next step.
Do not send passwords, portal credentials, unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential tender files or other material that has not been requested through an agreed handling route.
Cookies and tracking
House of Carol has not intentionally deployed non-essential cookies, advertising pixels or analytics on this preview. If that changes, the technologies, purposes and any consent requirements will be assessed and explained before deployment.
Further processing
Before a document-upload route, customer account, analytics service or other new customer-data processing is activated, House of Carol will define the purpose, lawful basis where applicable, data required, retention, recipients or processors, security controls and relevant rights. This notice will then be updated to match the real process.

Where UK data-protection law applies, individuals may also have rights concerning access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office, depending on the circumstances.

Material privacy changes should be made before or alongside the processing they describe, not after collection begins.
