Sort the information
Turn awkward records into something you can actually work with.
House of Carol can take a bounded set of documents, tables or repeated records and convert them into an agreed structured output without silently guessing what unclear source material means.
The information is there. The usable structure is not.
A spreadsheet may need rebuilding from repeated PDFs, a table may be trapped in inconsistent documents, or a set of records may need cleaning before anybody can analyse it properly.
The useful result is not merely copied text. It is a structured dataset with uncertainty made visible and a clear relationship back to the source where practical.
What you receive
- Agreed CSV, XLSX or structured table output.
- Source-to-output traceability where proportionate.
- Exception or uncertainty log for unclear material.
- Validation summary and handover notes.
- No silent filling of gaps where the source does not support an answer.
Boundaries
- No unlawful scraping or unauthorised data handling.
- No promise that poor scans or handwritten material can always be read reliably.
- No regulated professional interpretation hidden inside data entry.
- No high-risk automated decision making.
- Sensitive or personal data requires an agreed handling route before transfer.
The source material determines the work.
For a firm quote, we need the approximate number of documents or pages, how consistent they are, the fields you need and the output format. Where the source varies materially, a safe sample inspection comes before the quote.
